A rare and collectable piece of Copeland Spode's Blue Italian dating to the early 20th century - a round serving dish with attractive wavy, crimped edging around the geometric and floral border. The central Italian design includes scenes from Italian life and remains a sought after pattern. Hairline visible on reverse looks to be signs of a repair across the dish. It is very stable and very hard to spot anything on the front of the dish. Priced to reflect condition. Printed blue oval back stamp and impressed mark. A lovely piece and displays very well. Measures 9" / 23cm diameter, 1.75" / 4.5cm in height.
