New boxed and in absolutely new condition. This is the headset you've been looking for that show queen build. Please do not put it on anything less. The box is in excellent condition also, no ripped tabs. There is a very small blister of oxidation on the cage of one of the bearings, it is very slight and only on the cage, not the balls themselves.
