This is a c1930s vintage Mentmore Diploma black lever filler fountain pen.It has a Mentmore 14carat Gold nib which like the pen is in a very good condition but the pen is sold as unworking so it would need a service to make it work and its measurements are 12.7cm long x 1.4cm in diameter.
