This is a c1940s vintage Parker TELEVISOR green&black fine vein pattern pump filler fountain pen.It is manufactured in Canada and it has a Parker 14carat Gold nib which like the pen is in a very good condition but this pen is sold as unworking so it would need a service to make it work.It’s overall measurements are 12.7cm long x 1.3cm in diameter.
