Handmade using cotton pieces and each puff ball islightly stuffed giving a raised pattern,frilled edge andlined on the reverse. Overall its in good condition but there are a few marks of which the worst I have shown in the photos but I have not washed it in years, so I think a good spray of vanish and a wash will improve the look.No tears and the colours remain good.
