Spares or Repair The tape sounds fine through headphones, but won't stop, and won't eject. The unit typically connects with a corresponding Sony amplifier. The unit does run on standard UK mains power so it would be a simple job to snip off the proprietary Sony plug and replace it with a standard mains plug (for a suitably qualified person).
