As per pictures, a bare body for Stanley Bailey wood plane no. 5 1/2. This is a Type 16 manufactured between 1933 and 1941, a true piece of history! Dimensions are as per pictures. Very low price because it needs repair by the mouth for the blade. This is Grey Cast Iron, so if you know someone with the right facilities it may be a quick job of heating the part and Bronze solder it. You may even do it yourself with JB-Weld then sand it over. Otherwise the body has a good flat sole and no rust, will clean up nicely. Free P&P in UK mainland.
