Lovely vintage 1978 made in USA Fender Musicmaster short scale bass guitar. As you can see from the photos it is well loved but plays and sounds beautiful. Currently string with Labella flats and has an aftermarket 4 pole pickup that sounds very full and more P like than the weaker guitar pickup these would have came with. From what I can tell this has never been refinished or repaired but does have an upgraded mustang style bridge - this is a common mod to help with tone and intonation on these old musicmaster. Coupled with the beefy pickup, this sounds a lot more mustang like than your typical musicmaster.
