When installing the collet, be sure to install it in place and lock it tightly by seizing it. Do not install saw blades or large sanding wheels etc. on the collet. Sanding disc & precision chuck. When the height of the saw blade lifting and lowering is adjusted, and then lock here, you can effecttively pre-vent the lifting version of the saw blade up and down the string problem.
