The most addictive strategy game!

Fazit: Love this game, it's a must have for any family interested in strategy games.
I'll have to admit my initial trepidation at playing a game that is found in the obscure section of the most obscure game stores. However, in the very first game our family was hooked by the great combination of strategy and luck. As our game sprawls out across the table, so does the tension in the room. Unlike most strategy games though the winner is never clear until the end of the game, which makes even the most mismatched game fun to play.
This game is a very social strategy game that allows great conversation to occur during the game about random topics as well as the game itself. One of the great challenges in the game is to persuade your opponents to benefit your play. It's a great game for couples, families, or groups of people looking to spend quality time together.
As I've played the game there are some rules that aren't quite clear, especially as the expansions get added to the game. Unfortunately the original game was created in Germany and most of the help sites are likewise in German. We've found it easiest to logic our way through the rules and to make group decisions as new issues come up.
