And the Crowd Goes Wild (whoopee)

Fazit: If you like Pokemon, grab it and fast. If not, ease in with the Game Boy games.
Pokemon has played a big part in my N64 holding.
I have Snap. And Hey you, Pikachu. And Stadium.
And now Stadium 2.
PS2 (ironic initials, eh?) has new minigames, more Pokemon, support of Gold, Silver, and Crystal through the Transfer Pack, and most importantly to some, the ability to view your room in 3-D!!! Woo!
But in all seriousness here. PS2 is a very good game to buy. Mystery Gift with the girl from the Goldenrod Department Store. Use the game as an extra pack to hold up to 250 items. Store excess Pokemon in the N64 boxes. Fight the gym leaders in the new, improved Gym Leader Castle. Stadium Mode got a new competition: Challenge Cup, where the Pokemon are selected for you. Trust me, it's harder than it sounds ("Critical Hit! It's Not Very Effective... Gastly Fainted!" MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!!). 12 or so minigames to play, varying from Sumo Wrestling Hitmontops to Golbats collecting hearts and knocking each other silly.
Then the con. Not cons. Con. What is it? Lower replay than expected. Sure, it's got lotsa modes, but you'd expect variation in the lineup of the opponents. Apparently, they're more straight forward. But that's the only con that comes to mind. You'll really want to buy this game!
