Pro: DVD-RAM capability, three inputs, reliable.

Contra: Remote ergonomics, somewhat sluggish interface, sparse button layout on front of machine.

Fazit: DVD recorders like the ES10 work well for beginners into the format. Reliability and cost make the ES10 stand out from the "econo" crowd.
